 TERM’S & CONDITIONS
BOOKING THE BOOTH
1. Snap Shack UK requires a £100 deposit to confirm a booking. Once paid we will confirm via email that the booking is complete. Until the deposit has been received we reserve the right to accept other bookings.
2. We will issue the Hirer (or representative) an invoice 4-6weeks before the event and payment must be delivered in full to Snap Shack UK.
3. If payment is not received in full 14 days or more before the event date, we are under no obligation to continue with the booking or to refund deposits.
4. No refunds are to be given due to fault of the Hirer in operation of, or use of, the Photo Booth, or in lack of obtaining, or in the refusal of the appropriate consents or permissions. No refund will be made for low usage of the facility. No refunds will be given for circumstances out of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters.
BEFORE THE EVENT
1. The Hirer is responsible for obtaining consent and permission in the use of the Photo Booth at the venue.
DURING THE EVENT
1. When using a Photo Album, guests are encouraged to put their second photo in the book with a message. Although we do actively encourage this we cannot be held responsible for guests not leaving their photo, not leaving a message or leaving the photo and message in a funny position. The photo album is left mainly for guests to use throughout the event and cannot be manned by the Snap Shack UK representative throughout.
2. Snap Shack UK will erect the Photo Booth at the time and place agreed via our booking form. Once operational, the Hirer (or representative) must sign our delivery form to confirm all is in working order.
3. Snap Shack UK refuse the right to deliver the Photo Booth if…
 The Venue or Location is believed to be unsafe or a risk to health
 The Venue or Location looks to possibly cause damage to the Photo Booth
 The Venue or Location looks unsecure
 Upon successfully erecting the Photo Booth, the Hirer (or representative) is unwilling to sign the delivery note, or cannot be found to do so.
4. The Hirer (or representative) can refuse to sign the delivery note if…
 They believe the Photo Booth is unsafe or a risk
 The Photo Booth is damaged to the point of being unusable
 The Photo Booth arrives 30minutes later than the delivery times as per the booking form
5. Once erected the Photo Booth cannot be moved without incurring additional charges.
6. We endeavour to be timely for setup and the start of an event, however due to circumstances out of our control we may sometimes be delayed. In this instance a Snap Shack UK representative will be in touch with the Hirer (or representative) to inform them of the situation. Snap Shack UK cannot refund for circumstances out of our control.
7. Once a Photo Album is filled the Snap Shack UK representative will change the Booth settings back to single print.
8. It is common for guests to leave video messages as it is clearly marked on our Touch Screen. However, we cannot make guests leave them or be responsible for the lack of them.
9. The Hirer is to ensure that the Photo Booth will not be moved from both the Venue and Location other than by a Snap Shack UK representative.
AFTER THE EVENT
Snap Shack UK will own copyright on all Images & Videos taken in a Snap Shack UK Photo Booth. We reserve the right to send these to clients but can use them for promotional purposes.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CANCELLATION
1. If the event is cancelled with 30 days or less before the booking date Snap Shack UK is under no obligation to refund the full amount received from the Hirer.
2. All deposits are non-refundable.
3. If Snap Shack UK cannot, for any reason attend your event we are entitled to return any money received and no more.
UPLOADS & FACEBOOK
1. All Uploads and Facebook Uploads are subject to a stable Internet Connection.
2. Where possible a Wi-Fi connection needs to be available for uploads. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of this connection.
3. Where a Wi-Fi connection is not available, we will use a 3G Dongle. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of the connection. The Hirer should test this a few days before the event.
DAMAGE & LOSS
1. The Hirer shall be responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of or for any damage to the Photo Booth occasioned in any manner or by whosoever or by any cause whatsoever while the Photo Booth is at the Hirer’s risk (other than as a result of fair wear and tear)
2. Snap Shack UK shall not be responsible for any losses or equipment failure which is beyond its control.
MECHANICAL ISSUES
1. On the rare occasion the Photo Booth may have technical problems every effort will be made to rectify the problem. If the problem is rectified the
photo booth will made available for use over the time provided, if the problem is a printer problem photos will still be taken and photos will be printed out the next working day and sent to the client. No Refund shall be given unless the Photo booth cannot take photos from a camera failure or hard drive failure.
